Something I just stumbled over while playing around in Mail.app is that when you make a new To-Do—either by clicking the icon or using the shortcut option-command-y—you will have keyboard focus on the name for the to-do. You can then tab to the next field (for me this is Note) then, tab to the next field Date Due then, the next Date Completed then, Priority.

That’s where it all goes sideways. I’ve tried every common-sense thing I can think of but the only way to set the drop-down for Priority is with the mouse. The same is true for setting an alarm.

On an up note when you get to Date Due you can just type next week and Mail automatically sets the due date for 7 days hence. I thought that was nice. That other thing though… crap.
